Information for Use of Veteran's Benefits

First of all, thank you for your service to our country.  In order to for you to use some of the benefits you earned from your time in the service you will need to fulfill certain requirements.  Below there are links to the forms you will need as well as a checklist to make sure you have completed all the requirements. 

CHECKLIST:

APPLICATION:  Form 22-1990:

You may print the application online at VA Forms Page please print it out and bring it with you to turn in.  Complete all three pages, sign, and date. (required)

MILITARY TRANSCRIPT:  You can possibly receive college credit for your training. 

DEGREE PLAN: 

Levelland:  Make an appointment with Gayla Truelock-Williams by calling (806) 894-9611 ext 2366, 2368, or 2363.  Or you may make an appointment in person at the Counseling Center located in the Student Services Building.

Reese or Byron Martin ATC: Contact Beth McBrayer, ext 4614 to assist you.

The Appointment:  You must bring ALL transcripts of college work and a copy of your DD-214

COMPLETE YOUR FILE:

Bring all of the completed above mentioned forms to Leannah Darr to complete the process.
