| The 79th Legislature has approved Senate Bill 101, mandating a statewide Hazlewood database to track the 150 hours limit. All Hazlewood recipients must complete a new application form each semester. You may go online to www.collegefortexans.com, click on 'Military in Texas' to print the application or use this shortcut. Once you have completed the application, you must turn it in to the Dean of Admissions at least 1 week prior to the begining of the semester. After your Hazlewood exemption has been approved, you must also bring a copy of your schedule to the Financial Aid Office each semester you want to use your Hazlewood exemption. Failure to comply will result in tuition charges for which you will be responsible. |
