Class schedule is subject to change, based on attendance.  There must be a minimum of 3 people in attendance for class to meet.  

  

 Bellies A 15 minute ab class guaranteed to help you tighten that jelly belly!
 Circuit Training  This 45 min. class combines circuit weight training w/ floor exercises for a total body workout.
Indoor Cycling Stationary cycling for a awesome cardio workout! All levels welcome.
Rise & Shine Cardio A bright an early heart pumping cardio class.  Instructor's choice, so be ready for variety.
Step n' Tone An oldie but a goodie.  A traditional step aerobics class followed by power toning.
Strength Training A variety of resistance exercises designed to sculpt your bod! 
**Tai Chi Chih

A gentle Tai Chi class that is perfect for ALL ages and abilities!  There is an additional charge for this class.    Call Dee Dee at 716-2236 for more information.

Turbo  Kick

TurboKick is the hottest fitness trend going!  It is a combination of kickboxing, funk, and fun!  Great for the mid-section!

Yoga I

A "Power Vinyasa"  yoga class geared for the beginner-intermediate yooga student.  Strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation are incorporated into this class.  (NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED).

 Yoga II A Power Vinyasa yoga class guaranteed to make you sweat!  The last 15 minutes of this 60 minute class will be relaxation.  Beginners are welcome to come and modify movements as necessary.  Bring a sweat towel and some water.  ( NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED).
 Zumba Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  Come dance your worries away!
