Early Alert Survey for Students

This semester, you participated in our "early alert," system. The early alert is designed to let students know that an instructor is concerned about their class performance. One or more of your professors submitted an early alert on your behalf, and you were contacted by me to offer assistance and to let you know of campus resources available to you.


I am asking you to complete a short evaluation of the early alert system. Your comments will help us tremendously as we work to improve services we provide to students.
