Communications Satisfaction Survey Results and Analysis

Responding to the results of the 2006 Employee Survey which identified organizational communications as an opportunity for improvement, the Administrative Council directed the Institutional Effectiveness Committee to study the various communications processes the college community uses to function and operate. Adapted from the International Communication Association Survey, the Communications Satisfaction Survey was developed by a subcommittee of the Institutional Effectiveness Committee. This survey of faculty and staff was conducted to examine the current flow of communications as it relates to the ideal flow of communications.

Employee Survey Results and Analysis

The Employee Survey is designed to measure employee response to SPC's seven "Commitment Statements" that form the organizational value cystem for the college. The survey is administered in the spring of even-numbered years. Results are used by the Administrative Council and instructional and administrative leadership to monitor the organizational climate of the college.

Support Services Survey Results and Analysis

The Support Services Survey allows SPC employees the opportunity to provide input into various administrative support services. The survey is administered in the spring of odd-numbered years and results are used by the administrartive personnel in these areas for quality improvement and planning.
