CN. Internal Audits

The Controller is designated the Internal Auditor and carries out internal auditing assignments at the direction of the President. These assignments may be non-financial in nature. The Controller may be non-financial in nature. The Controller may utilize such personnel ass necessary to carry out internal auditing assignments and reports the results of those audits directly to the President.
