Circuit Training - No time wasted here! This is a 30 min. circuit weight-training program followed by 15 min. of body toning that will allow you to get a great workout in a short amount of time.
Indoor Cycling - A 45-minute killer cardio. cycling class combined with upper body toning.
Power Circuit: a 30 minute total fitness workout designed for those who need a quick workout during the lunch hour.
Strength Training - A variety of resistance exercises designed to sculpt you bod!
Yoga I - No cell phones allowed - This is a “power vinyasa” yoga class geared for the beginner- intermediate yoga student. Strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation are incorporated in this class.
Yoga II - No cell phones allowed - This class is a power vinyasa class guaranteed to make you sweat! We will work hard, and then end the session with a 10-15 minute relaxation session. Beginners are welcome to come and modify movements. Room temp. is very warm, bring water and a towel.
Zumba: Come dance away your worries to an International music beat! Fun, yet easy to follow, dance moves create and exciting and effective fitness workout!
