"I cannot speak highly enough of the Gateway Program. Your program has afforded our daughter an opportunity to mature and adjust to the college life and all "that that implies" in an environmental that encouraged accountability in regards to her studies. She has had plenty to deal with in coming to grips with living on her own, while the environment of the Gateway Program has given her a sense of "home" in a whole new world. Finally, the standards that you set for acceptance to Texas Tech have given her a goal to strive for and a competitive mindset that has motivated her to not "blow off" her studies. I have recommended this type of program to everyone that I have encountered since Kendall was accepted. She was accepted after her first semester at SPC, but chose to stay with you guys for another semester which I am very glad about."
