Electronics Technology Certificate

Offered at the SPC Reese Center
This one-year Electronics Technology Certificate Option
is designed to provide students with basic skills in electronics
theory and practice. Upon completion of this curriculum,
students will be prepared for entry-level positions as basic electronics
technicians in the areas of computers, electronic maintenance,
field service engineering, communications and other
electronics fields. Electronics related electives allow students
to take courses specific to their areas of interest. This certificate
program can be completed and all of the listed courses can
be applied to the Associate of Applied Science degree program
in Electronics. The curriculum meets all requirements for the
Certificate of Proficiency.

This is a TSI-waived certificate. Students declaring this
major are not subject to the TSI regulations unless they enroll
in a course outside the prescribed curriculum.
