First number

0 = Developmental does not apply to degree plan
1 = Freshman course
2 = Sophomore


Second number

3 = number of credit hours


Third and fourth number

01 = meaning varies

 

SUMMER I GATEWAY PROGRAM

All students participating in the Summer I Gateway Program MUST be either EXEMPT from TSI assessment or must have taken and PASSED all three parts of the THEA or an approved alternative.

FALL/SPRING GATEWAY PROGRAM

During the Texan to Techsan Gateway to Success Summer Conferences, students will have the opportunity for individual advising and fall registration.

HUDV 1101:   An Introduction to Learning Frameworks.  This course is a one-hour college level course that provides students with the insights, skills and strategies for learning.  Students will take learning assessments to determine their individual learning styles and will discover specific learning methods to assist them throughout their college career.  This course is ONLY offered for the Fall Gateway students.  Each section is taught by one of the counselors or one of the trained SPC faculty.  This course allows for Gateway and TTU information, deadlines, and procedures to be discussed.  Students are encouraged to interact with each other promoting study partners and friendships.  This course promotes students in becoming strong independent learners and it encourages them to become self advocates within the university system.
