ADN Application Requirements
YOUR FILE MUST BE COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY, March 25, 2009 @ NOON OR YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FALL 2009 CLASS.
IMPORTANT UPDATE.....PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Fall 2009 first time applicants will have to take and pass the TEAS test. Students must bring a copy of their TEAS test results (you will receive results at the time of testing) to the Nursing Dept. Office, Room TA110. Students will then be given a link to make application to the ADN program on line through the West Texas Nursing Education Consortium.
SPC Nursing Department will require:
1) OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: Official copies of all High School and college transcripts.
2) TEAS TEST RESULTS: You received copies of this at the end of your testing. You will turn in your results prior to the application deadline to:

*Students who have ADN applications already on file in the Nursing Department need to come by the office and fill out a demographic packet to update your application. Please note that TEAS scores are only good for one year from the test date.
**The Texas Board of Nursing may deny application of licensure for applicants with felony or misdemeanor convictions (other than minor traffic violations), applicants who have been declared judicially incompetent, and applicants who are interperate users of drugs or alcohol.
